طبيعة المنتجات الرقمية والتسليم الفوري
نظراً لأن جميع الأعمال الفنية المعروضة والمباعة على RAHIM ART هي منتجات رقمية غير ملموسة (ملفات عالية الدقة جاهزة للتحميل) ويتم تسليمها فوراً وبشكل تلقائي بمجرد إتمام المعاملة المالية الآمنة بنجاح، فإن جميع عمليات الشراء والاقتناء نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترداد أو الإلغاء.
عند إتاحة الملف الرقمي بعد إتمام الاقتناء، لا يمكن استرداد أو إلغاء المعاملة إلا في حال وجود خلل تقني في التسليم أو سلامة الملف. تحدد حقوق المقتني ونطاق استخدام العمل وفق نوع الاقتناء المبين في صفحة الملكية الرقمية وشهادة التسليم، وبموجب اتفاق مكتوب خاص عند اقتناء الملكية الكاملة.
نحن نلتزم التزاماً كاملاً بضمان جودة الأصول وصحة تشغيلها؛ وفي حال مواجهتك لأي خلل تقني أثناء تحميل الملف أو عدم مطابقة دقة الطباعة للمواصفات المعتمدة، يرجى مراسلتنا فوراً عبر صفحة الاتصال وسنقوم بمعالجة المشكلة وإرسال نسخة بديلة ومؤمنة لك في أسرع وقت.
Digital Nature of Artworks & Final Sales
Since all artworks exhibited and sold on RAHIM ART are **intangible digital products (high-resolution files prepared for fine art printing)** and delivered instantly upon successful completion of the secure transaction, **all purchases are final and strictly non-refundable**.
Once the digital file is made available after acquisition, the transaction cannot be refunded or cancelled except in cases of a delivery or file-integrity issue. The collector’s rights and permitted use are determined by the acquisition format described in the Digital Ownership policy and delivery certificate, and by a written agreement where Full Ownership is acquired.
We remain deeply committed to the visual integrity of our works. If you encounter any technical difficulty during download or detect any file integrity issues, please contact us immediately through our correspondence portal, and we will promptly dispatch a verified alternative copy to you.
