Its mandate is not persuasion. Its mandate is preservation of trace. RAHIM ART operates as an independent visual archive preserving memory, transformation, displacement, and human continuity through original digital works.

Every original released by RAHIM ART exists as a single digital edition. Once acquired, purchase is locked and the artwork is preserved as Acquired.

RAHIM ART مشروع توثيق بصري مستقل يعمل خارج الأطر السردية التقليدية. لا يعمل المشروع بوصفه منصة عرض عابرة، بل ممارسة أرشيفية عميقة تُعنى بتثبيت أثر المحو والاقتلاع والتحوّل القسري الجغرافي كما ينعكس على حواف الأرض وعمق الذاكرة الإنسانية الحية.
الأعمال المنشورة ليست تعليقات عابرة على الحدث، بل سجلات تحفظ أثره الصارم كما هو. لا يُضاف إلى العمل ما يخفف حدّته، ولا يُحذف منه ما يبدّل طبيعته. لا يخضع المشروع لإعادة تأطير سردي أو تجميل بصري. مهمته الثابتة هي تخليد وثبات الأثر.
حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية
جميع الأعمال محمية بموجب حقوق المؤلف الكاملة. لا يجوز إعادة إنتاج أي عمل أو توزيعه أو تعديله دون إذن خطي مسبق. الاقتناء يمنح حقوق الاستخدام الشخصي فقط ما لم يُتفق على خلاف ذلك.
أصالة العمل وفرادته
كل عمل في RAHIM ART وثيقة بصرية فريدة، تنشأ من رؤية فنية واعية وتُصاغ داخل الأرشيف بوصفها أثرًا مستقلًا. يُقدَّم كل عمل مرة واحدة فقط 1/1، وتبقى الملكية الفكرية وحق نسبة العمل محفوظين للفنان.
IDENTITY & ARCHIVAL CHARTER
RAHIM ART is an independent visual documentation project operating beyond conventional narrative frameworks. It is not a transient display platform, but a deep archival practice dedicated to fixing the trace of erasure, uprooting, and forced geographical transformation as reflected on the edges of the land and the depth of living human memory.
Published works are records of raw impact. Nothing is added to soften, nothing removed to alter nature. The project rejects narrative reframing or aesthetic softening.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All works published on RAHIM ART are fully protected under copyright law. No reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written permission.
Artistic Originality & Singularity
Every work in RAHIM ART is a unique visual document, shaped through a considered artistic vision and preserved within the archive as an independent trace. Each work is offered only once as a 1/1, while intellectual property rights and the artist’s right of attribution remain with the artist.

DIGITAL OWNERSHIP
الاقتناء يمنح حق استخدام العمل، وتنتقل ملكيته كاملةً فقط بموجب اتفاق خاص. تبقى الملكية الفكرية محفوظة ومحمية بموجب قانون الملكية الفكرية.
Acquisition grants the right to use the work. Full ownership transfers only by separate agreement. Intellectual property remains reserved and protected under applicable intellectual property law.
