1) Nature of Purchase: When purchasing an artwork from RAHIM ART, the buyer receives a high-resolution digital file intended for fine art printing, along with personal usage rights as outlined below.

2) Artistic Ownership: All artworks remain the intellectual and artistic property of the artist, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3) Permitted Use: The buyer is allowed to:
• Print the artwork for personal use or display in private or public spaces (home, office, gallery).
• Own the printed artwork as a physical art piece.

4) Restricted Use: The following is not permitted without prior written consent:
• Reselling or sharing the digital file.
• Commercial, advertising, or promotional use.
• Mass reproduction or digital redistribution.

5) Commercial Use: For any commercial usage, please contact RAHIM ART directly through the website to discuss appropriate licensing.

6) Full Rights Purchase: In the case of a full rights acquisition through a separate agreement:
• The collector may resell or commercially exploit the artwork.
• The artwork will be permanently removed from the website, as each artwork is sold only once on RAHIM ART.

7) Printing Guidelines:
• Strongly recommended to print through a professional fine art printing studio.
• Use museum-grade, archival papers and inks.
• Maintain the original dimensions and aspect ratio.
• Do not alter colors or composition without consultation.

8) Collector Experience: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above. These guidelines are designed to protect both the collector and the artistic integrity of each work, ensuring a respectful and transparent relationship between creation, ownership, and use. RAHIM ART values thoughtful collecting, conscious display, and the continuation of meaning beyond the moment of acquisition.
