Digital Ownership & Usage Rights

1) Nature of Acquisition: RAHIM ART offers two clear acquisition formats: Standard Acquisition, which grants the collector a high-resolution digital file for printing and lifetime personal use; and Full Ownership, which is granted through a written agreement specific to the artwork and collector and remains perpetual under that agreement.

2) Intellectual Property & Attribution: Intellectual property rights and the artist’s right of attribution remain with the artist in every form of acquisition unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise. This does not prevent ownership of the artwork from transferring to the collector under Full Ownership.

3) Standard Acquisition: Under a standard acquisition, the collector receives:
• A high-resolution digital file prepared for professional fine-art printing.
• The right to print and display the work personally in a home, office, or private space.
• The right to keep the delivered file secure and personal for a lifetime.
• The right to share photographs of the printed work on social media with attribution to RAHIM ART.

4) Standard Acquisition Restrictions: A standard acquisition does not permit the following without prior written approval from RAHIM ART:
• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the digital file.
• Commercial, advertising, or promotional use of the artwork.
• Licensing the work to others or producing it in commercial quantities.
• Modifying, processing, or altering the composition of the artwork.

5) Full Ownership: When Full Ownership is acquired through a written agreement, ownership of the artwork transfers in full to the collector. This includes holding the digital original, displaying, printing, reselling, using commercially, investing in, modifying, and licensing the work to others, all within the scope of that written agreement. Intellectual property rights and the artist’s right of attribution remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6) Scarcity & Reissue: Every artwork on RAHIM ART is a unique 1/1 digital work. Once acquired, it is marked as collected and will never be reissued or offered for acquisition again.

7) Printing & File Handling:
• Printing through a professional fine-art studio with museum-quality experience is recommended.
• Archival materials and inks are recommended while preserving the original dimensions and composition ratio.
• Under Standard Acquisition, color, composition, and file modifications require prior written approval.
• Under Full Ownership, rights of modification and reuse are governed by the written agreement specific to the artwork.

8) Contact & Exceptions: For any use beyond Standard Acquisition, or to inquire about Full Ownership, please contact RAHIM ART directly. Any additional rights are determined only through a written agreement specific to the artwork and collector.

Thoughtful acquisition preserves the value and meaning of the work. Every artwork is sold only once on RAHIM ART.
